NYC

Deluxe (Morningside Heights)

A standard NYC diner this is not. Stop by Deluxe for a menu of all your favorites, and a great cup of joe. And with its close proximity to Columbia University, you may relive your former glory days. Or be thankful they are behind you!

Football Cafe (Lower East Side)

Hangover patrol 🌞 Peace to @_benjib @angelobaque @denimtears for last nights affair 🗽 #FlyNowhere

My my my, how this Lower East Side joint hits the spot. La Colombe coffee? Check. Juices and smoothies? Check. Adorable ambiance? Check. Football? Check (well, soccer at least).

Supercrown Coffee Roasters (Bushwick)

To many, Supercrown Coffee Roasters is a monthly delivery service of top-rate coffee. But what you may not know is that the company opened a Brooklyn outpost (in Bushwick, to be exact) earlier this year. In addition to their espresso bar they feature a pour over bar, and even offer a coffee milkshake made with Brooklyn’s beloved Ample Hills ice cream. A beautiful spot for people who take coffee seriously.

Sel Rrose, not to be confused with their sister restaurant next door, is a beautiful, minimal coffee shop on Delancey. With both in-house and Balthazaar baked goods, as well as Counter Culture coffee, you won’t want to leave this beautifully decorated, peaceful oasis in the midst of the bustling Lower East Side.

Cafe Bamba (Chelsea)

With a full menu and a music and art gallery, Cafe Bamba is a Chelsea hotspot with an edge. Enjoy some creative eats and great coffee in this bright, art-lined spot, and soak in all Chelsea has to offer.

Brooklyn Diamond (Midtown East)

Cold brew masters Brooklyn Diamond’s Midtown outpost serves up espresso, pour over, and even cold-brewed iced tea in addition to their famous cold brew iced coffee. Don’t expect to grab a table here–it’s quite small–but you will walk away with some delectable in your cup.

Mo il Gelato (Upper East Side)

Coffee and gelato, is there a better match? I like to combine the two! Mo il Gelato’s Upper East Side location is the perfect place to grab a coffee and a scoop. Did we mention they also have a couple locations in Italy, the home of gelato and espresso bliss?

Philly

The Real Marketplace (Wyncote)

If you are looking to sip a cup of coffee while enjoying local food and scoring some rad consignment shopping finds, The Real Marketplace should be your  next stop. The sandwiches and coffee are only second to the friendly baristas and community feel of this Jenkintown cafe!

Puddin’s Cake Corner (Tacony)

Cake! Cake! Cake! … And a s’mores latte. If you are looking for decadence, you have found your spot. This new Philly bakery boasts quite the selection of cakes and coffee drinks, not to mention the perfect-for-Instagram ambiance!

SF

Delicioso Creperie (Mission)

Crepes with a twist are the specialty at this spot in the Mission. Perfect for the indecisive, they service French, Mexican, and Mediterranean inspired crepes. Add a coffee and you’re golden!

Devil’s Teeth Baking Company (Outer Sunset)

Named “Best Bakery of the Bay” for several years, the baked goods at Devil’s Teeth Baking Company are only topped by their coffee and sandwiches. There’s even a list of the 5 “must tries”! We’ve got our eye on the donut muffin. Oh, and there is fantastic outdoor seating.
